When we first set eyes on these old longères and thatched cottages, situated as they are in this magnificent region beside the ocean, and nestling between the sea and the countryside, it was love at first sight! We had to do something! And so we decided to bring them back to life. As lovers of old stone and sticklers for the smallest details, we began to restore the buildings in a spirit of respect for tradition and authenticity, using natural energy sources and organic products: lime-based paints and plaster, restored and aged second-hand furniture, embroidered household linen, and traditional, stitched curtains, all done by ourselves.

All the little fairies waved the wands unstintingly, working their charms and spreading fairy dust over these three ruined buildings, with the result that they now possess both life and soul, and today are thoroughly charming dwellings.
