How do I make a reservation?
Fill in the online reservation request form.
We will then send you an email detailing your request, the deposit amount and an SSL link to a secure payment site hosted by Crédit Agricole.

As soon as we receive your deposit, we will send you the rental contract.

Rental period
Period of rental: week (one or more), weekend, or extra days (according to availability).

Arrival: 5pm
Departure: The accommodation must be vacated before 10 amon the day of departure.
The rental period cannot be extended without the owner’s prior agreement.

The occupier declares on his honour that he is neither involved in nor has any intention of joining the letting profession, and that the premises concerned by this contract are being rented strictly as a short term, provisional residence, and that, failing this essential condition, this rental contract would not have been agreed to.

Security deposit
You will be required to pay a security deposit of 1400,00 euros when you arrive, and this will be returned to you 1 week after your departure. An inventory will be made when you arrive, and the occupier is entirely responsible for any discrepancies in same. This deposit does not constitute the maximum amount payable, and may, if necessary, be increased according to whatever repairs are required.

Payment
A deposit (30 %) is payable at the time of reservation, in the form of a cheque (France only) to be sent to:

Or by credit card (Visa, Master, Eurocard).

The balance will be payable 6 weeks before your arrival, either by cheque (France only) or credit card (we will send you an invoice).

The customer must pay the reservations department, and this no later than 6 weeks before the beginning of their stay, the full balance due. If the customer fails to do this, the reservation will be considered cancelled, no refund will be made, and the previously reserved accommodation will be made available to other potential customers.

Occupiers' obligations
The furniture and fittings must not suffer any more than the normal wear and tear caused by the everyday use for which they were intended. Any breakage or loss caused by anything other than normal usage must be paid for or replaced by the occupier, subject to the approval of POUDRE DE FEES.

If necessary, the cost of certain repairs and/or replacements will be withheld (broken or damaged items, cleaning or washing rugs, blankets, mattresses, bedding etc. that has been stained). The occupier is obliged to use the furniture and fittings in the rented accommodation according to their intended purpose and in their original location, and is strictly forbidden to remove them from the rented premises.

The accommodation hereby rented must not be occupied by a greater number of people than indicated in the terms and conditions, unless previously agreed with POUDRE DE FEES.

POUDRE DE FEES : obligations
POUDRE DE FEES is obliged to provide the occupier with rented accommodation as described and advertised, and to abide by the obligations of this rental agreement.

Cancellation
All cancellations must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to POUDRE DE FEES. If cancellation is made less than 2 weeks before the beginning of the stay, the full rental amount will be due.

Smoking
For safety reasons, and also for the convenience of future occupiers, smoking is prohibited inside the rented accommodation. However, smoking is permitted outside the dwellings, with due regard to the proximity of others.

Pets
For health reasons, and also for the convenience of future occupants, pets are not allowed.
